Short version: your numbers stay on your device.
What happens to what you type
Every calculator on OfferJudge runs in your browser. Salaries, offers and budgets are not sent to a server when you calculate.
Saved in your browser. To spare you retyping, the calculators remember your last inputs in this browser's localStorage (keys starting with oj:). They never leave your device and no other site can read them.
AI features. Two buttons use AI: "Get a verdict" on the offer comparison and "Draft my counter" on the negotiation calculator. Only when you press one, the figures and text shown in that tool are sent to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to write the reply. OfferJudge does not store these requests. Don't include names, employers' confidential details or anything you'd rather not share.
Analytics. We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that counts page views, referrers and countries. It does not see anything you type into the calculators.
There are no accounts, no ads and no cookies set by OfferJudge.
